When I first entered Skill Force’s office I was in dismay – it was not the typical HR company – it was a homy, cosy place, decorated with taste, where one simply feels human. And so I did. Petya’s attitude did not differentiate from the first feeling I got when I sat down. She cut through the chase with openness, friendly straightforwardness and recommendations. She really was there to find the best fit for me. Not for her, the clients, or positions she had, but for me and me only. Later on I understood that there is perfect logic behind this attitude – if the person fits perfectly with a position, company culture, etc, then she or he would be the perfect performer and her clients will be happy. And they really are. I got to know many of them in the past year and a half, and I can say, she is doing amazing things for them. I myself trust her with hesitations or issues I may have regarding the position she found for me still today and I will do so also during the future development of my career. For the record, I do love the job she recommended to me and where I work now. Moreover, not a single day passes without me silently thanking her for this opportunity: I work with amazing people – something I wished for a long time, I am free and relied on and with huge opportunities for growth.
